About the hotel
This superior class structure in the heart of Venice is only 150 metres from the main central Venice train station (Santa Lucia) and close to the Grand Canal.
The rooms are bright and attractive, and are located on 4 floors (no lift), including 3 new, en suite rooms on the ground floor for those with reduced mobility. All are well-equipped and spacious.
Start the day with a rich buffet breakfast, or relax in the wonderful living room with a small bar, which is open throughout the day.
The hotel offers elegant and professional service at small prices, without renouncing important quality items such as toothbrushes, soap and foam bath, shampoo and shower cap. The hotel also provides boots for free when high water occurs.

This typical Venetian accommodation offers some of the best fish in the entire city. The restaurant is approximately 400 metres from us and you can eat along the channel. Remember that the restaurant is closed on Monday evening so you can have lunch instead of dinner. A balcony is available on request.

Directions
By Train:
Stop at Venezia Santa Lucia station and, at the exit, turn left and take first street on the left (Calle Priuli). Walk for 50 metres until you reach number 99 a/b.
By Car:
- Take the Venezia exit from the motorway.
- Follow signs to Venezia until you reach the car parks of Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto.
- Take the public waterbus line 82 or 1 and get off at the Ferrovia stop, which departs every 10 minutes throughout the day, and every 20 minutes at night.
By Plane:
From Marco Polo airport:
- Take the Alilaguna blue line waterbus to Ferrovia. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Alternatively, take a private water taxi.
From Treviso airport San Giuseppe:
- Take a direct bus to Piazzale Roma Venice terminal, which takes approximately one hour trip. Then get waterbus number 1 or 82 (by night, line ‘n’) and get off at Ferrovia.
